The Amelia Apartments, coming soon to Post Falls, Idaho! This soon to be gorgeous complex will have 396 residential dwelling units across a multitude of buildings.  The complex will also include a clubhouse (see the rendering below) that has a covered patio, leasing offices, an exercise room, and an open lobby to encourage tenant interaction.  Construction has been well underway, and progress can be viewed on Rudeen Development’s Instagram page, here!
