Some site visits are more fun than others!  Below is our project manager, Elizabeth Erlandson, sitting in the co-pilot seat on her way back from a site visit in Bend, Oregon!  A very special thanks to our developers, Exxel Pacific, for getting our architects down to Bend and back safely!

Our architects went to Bend to visit a future apartment complex that is in the works, to oversee the progression of multifamily units.

Again, a big thanks to Exxel Pacific for the travel accommodations, and great job to everyone involved in the Shevlin Apartments!  We cannot wait to see the finished results!

Join us in congratulating Alex Clohesey who completed his architecture testing in October 2020 and became a licensed architect in Washington State.

Alex graduated from the University of Oregon in June 2014 with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. He joined Milbrandt Architects shortly after in the fall of 2014. As a Project Architect, Alex is especially adept at coordinating and directing project work. Alex brings a high level of professional precision to his projects and understands good communication with local jurisdictions, consultants, and contractors is key in a successful timely project.
