On July 7th, The Lodge Apartments projects received its final certificate of occupancy!  This certificate means that the 137-units are now available and open for future residents to move in.

The Lodge Apartments project is a five-story wood and steel framed apartment complex located in the heart of Walla Walla, Washington.  The building is roughly 141,000 square feet, and the first floor includes 26 covered parking stalls, 18 covered bike racks, a leasing office, exercise room and 17 extended stay units that each have a private patio and a path linked to the sidewalk.
