The Zinnia Apartments are making quite the splash, with a feature article written in The Registry (which you can read here), and a great location that is within walking distance to the future 148th street light rail station, they will have a lot to offer future residents.  Zinnia has one bedroom and two bedroom floor plans, which are all open and spacious.  While the apartment complex is still in the works, pre-leasing is anticipated for early 2024.  Construction has begun, so make sure to check back in with more updates soon!
