The Monika is a high-end and modern apartment complex located right off of Broadway Avenue, in lovely Spokane Valley.  These versatile units start at 1 bed 1 bath and go up to 3 bed 2 bath.  Milbrandt was also responsible for the architecture of the apartment complex clubhouse, which has both leasing offices and a community gym.
