Ground level Live/Work units are topped with 5 stories of apartment units and capped with a residential amenity space, exercise room, and rooftop patio showcasing sweeping views of the Wenatchee River valley to the east.

Below-grade parking under the building footprint provides both private and public parking options in the heart of downtown. Extensive brick detailing, cornices, arched openings, and rooftop mounted flag poles contribute to “majesty” of this aptly named project.
