to the Lombard Ave. and River Road of Eugene, Oregon, the Lombard Apartments will be home to 93 units across 4 different buildings. Two of these buildings will be traditional corridor style apartments, while the other two will be Garden style buildings. The development will also include a single-story leasing office space. Construction has been ongoing since mid-way of 2021, with hopes of finishing soon!
Contemporary & Crafted
