A Community in Progress

Welcome to the Farmstead Development, a housing community that will feature both apartments and single-family unit homes, as well as a clubhouse for all residents to utilize the included amenities!  We are very excited about this project and can’t wait to see the finished product.  The community will host 464 stacked flats (apartment units) and 162 cottages (single-family units).  Located near the Willamette River, the Farmstead community will be a highly sought after location to live as it promotes a sense of community and safety, while also offering future residents a more modern and high-end home design.
