Unit sizes range from 1,450-2,150 square feet and are a mix of 3-4 bedrooms units with end units given bonus habitable attic spaces.
Overlooking Highlands Drive NE and directly adjacent to the Highlands’ retail center, the project is designed as a pedestrian-friendly, walkable neighborhood for those looking for denser city living while maintain a traditional neighborhood feel. Buildings are arranged around a central pedestrian plaza and a series of interconnected green spaces, with vehicular traffic restricted to interior alleyways.
The architectural style of the buildings is traditional, utilizing a mix of lap and brick sidings in natural earth tone colors. A strong attention to detail is paid to the brick work, coining, and bay windows details traditionally found in brownstone style buildings.
