The 275-degree townhome development was designed to bring future homeowners a little luxury while also enjoying the small-town vibe Bainbridge Island is famous for.  This development was completed in 2022, with residents able to move into their new homes in late 2022.  The ten different design layouts offer many choices, giving residents choices on which unit style would suit them.  Most unit plans provide two to three-bedroom options and a generous open floor plan.  Some of the three-bedroom units also come with a flex space, meaning the area is left untouched to be designated by the owner on what it will be.  Designing units with the flex space allowed our clients to market to future residents that these homes are essentially customizable and potential homebuyers can make a space their own.  Finally, one of the best features of this project is the covered patios and rooftop patios, which bring that urban city vibe to the quaint island.  Especially being out on the Washington peninsula, having a covered outdoor living space makes the home feel more prominent and can be enjoyed throughout all seasons, particularly the heavy rain season that area is so prone to getting.
