The 275-degree townhome development was designed to bring future homeowners a little luxury while also enjoying the small-town vibe of Bainbridge Island.  This development was completed in 2022, with ten different design layouts of two to three-bedrooms and a generous open floor plan.  Some of the three-bedroom units offer a flex space, meaning the area is left untouched to be designated by the owner.  Designing units with the flex space allowed our clients to market to future residents that these homes are essentially customizable and potential homebuyers can make a space their own.  Finally, one of the best features of this project is the covered patios and rooftop patios, which bring an urban city feeling to the quaint island.  Especially being out on the Washington peninsula, having a covered outdoor living space makes the home feel more prominent and can be enjoyed throughout all seasons.
