Milbrandt Architects

Over the last twenty-five years, Milbrandt Architects has been involved in the development of housing and commercial projects in the northwest. These projects have varied greatly in size and type, but the underlying motivation has been the successful combination of user needs, aesthetics, and economic parameters.

In addition to commercial development, we are involved in land planning. The shortage of zoned land has made the efficient use of available land more important to successful development than ever before. As a result, we have been team members on several large developments that have required the whole spectrum of environmental and land use review.

With the on-boarding of several new employees, we are looking at expanding our area of expertise to include senior housing, custom single family homes, and developing new green built homes.
