In Partnership with the Seattle Housing Authority and a prominent local developer, funding for the Holly Park project was through a HOPE VI redevelopment grant.
To fulfill the demanding program, 96 for-sale condominiums in two building types were designed to fit this challenging site in West Seattle.
Large porches and views of downtown Seattle are just some of the perks at Holly Park.
A primary goal of the redevelopment was to incorporate Built Green concepts for a more sustainable living environment. Holly Park received a 3-star rating for incorporating a number of Built Green techniques including minimizing environmental impact by construction, reducing water and air pollution, as well as recycling during construction and implementing an on-going recycling program for residents.
