Kelly is an integral part of the Milbrandt Architects team. He has been with us for over 24 years. Kelly has worked single and multi-family housing in the Seattle area for 31 years. His wealth of knowledge and experience has been invaluable to our firm. His hard work and dedication to the architectural profession has contributed greatly to our success.
Kelly received his Bachelor of Architectural Engineering at the University of Illinois.
Gregory Goldenshteyn

Gregory joined us in the summer of 2007. He has been a hard working dependable asset to our firm. With his more than 15 years of experience in architectural and structural design on a variety of projects including hotels, schools, commercial and residential buildings, government facilities and churches he truly has been a positive addition to our group. We are pleased to have him on-board!
Gregory received his Degree in Structural Engineering & Industrial Building Design at Rovno State University - Ukraine
Garrett Charlson
Intern Architect

Garrett came on board January of 2008. His hands-on construction experience of custom single family homes from site preparation and framing to finish work has made him a valuable assett to our team.
He has shown his involvement of design, site preparation, permitting process, code issues, retaining wall systems which has given him a keen understanding of the total process. With this experience and quickness to learn, Garrett has become a key member of the Milbrandt team.
Garrett studied Architecture and Landscape Architecture at the University of Washington.
Anna Haugen

We have been pleased to have Anna on-board with us since June of 2008. A recent graduate of North Dakota State University, she has been a true asset with her creativity & talent for producing presentation documents of colored site plans, unit plans, elevations, and streetscapes. Her notable experience includes work with the City of Fargo, ND developing a set of standards for the creation of a new historic overlay district.
Anna holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Design & a Master's Degree in Architecture from North Dakota State University
