Kelly is an integral part of the Milbrandt Architects team. He has been with us for over 22 years. A registered Architect since 1975, Mr. Riordan has worked single and multi-family housing in the Seattle area for 29 years. His wealth of knowledge and experience has been invaluable to our firm. His hard work and dedication to the architectural profession has contributed greatly to our success.

Gregory Goldenshteyn

Gregory is our newest Milbrandt Architects member as he joined us in the summer of 2007. He has more than 13 years of experience in Architectural and Structural design and drafting of residential and commercial architecture. We are pleased to have him on-board!

Gregory received his Degree in Structural Engineering & Industrial Building Design at Rovno State University - Ukraine

Aimee Rush
Intern Architect/Draftsman

Aimee has been participating in the architectural community for over 7 years. She came onboard the Milbrandt team in February of 2007. Aimee works closely with Bob designing our multifamily and single family developments. She is also currently working on several custom single family homes.

Aimee is looking forward to becoming LEED certified and pursuing projects with sustainable design. She enjoys finding ways to integrate design into the landscape and surrounding areas and is looking to further her career ambitions in EcoBuilding and sustainable design. Aimee graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Oregon.
