Rick brings a fresh new design approach to our successful team of architects and as principal, he will be coordinating our design team. His designs reflect a variety of architectural styles from Pueblo, Mission, Shingle, Prairie, Craftsman and Northwest Contemporary, proving to be instrumental in helping our clients realize their vision. With Rick's significant design experience specializing in Senior Housing, Alzheimer's care facilities, and successfully designing multifamily projects throughout the western United States and Hawaii, he has consistently developed creative solutions that are cost-effective yet exceed aesthetic goals. In line with Rick's passion for developing and implementing new systems of technology, he is responsible for elevating our presentation capabilities. This will allow us to visually communicate the concept of a project for submittal and marketing purposes. Rick is licensed in Washington and a member of the American Institute of Architects. Rick received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Washington State University.
