Len has been involved in the practice of architecture in the Pacific Northwest for thirty-five years. A graduate of the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Architecture, he established Milbrandt Architects in 1981 to better serve a small group of clients. Since that time the firm's participation in the regions growth has greatly expanded the client list and types of projects.
The experience gained has given Len a fine understanding of the physical, economical and regulatory requirements that must be met to ensure a successful development. This understanding combined with creative design solutions has made Milbrandt Architects a significant member of the development and construction community.
