Garrett came on board January of 2008. His hands-on construction experience of custom single family homes from site preparation and framing to finish work has made him a valuable asset to our team.
He has shown his involvement of design, site preparation, permitting process, code issues, retaining wall systems which has given him a keen understanding of the total process. With this experience and quickness to learn, Garrett has become a key member of the Milbrandt team.
Garrett studied Architecture and Landscape Architecture at the University of Washington.
